Startup in Residence is an initiative of Startup Amsterdam and the Chief Technology Office (CTO) of the City of Amsterdam. During a six month programme 10 startups will receive training half a day per week. This ranges from value proposition building to Growth Hacking and from intellectual property to financial administration.
During the virtual Open Incubation workshop on 30 October 2020, Daan Witteveen and Toon Branbergen facilitated a workshop on venture governance. Following the four quadrants of the Open Incubation framework, 10 participating startups were discussing ‘Roles & Contributions’ of the venture team, their ‘Rewards’, the venture team ‘Values’ and the ‘Rules of Engagement’.
