On 21 June, Daan Witteveen and Toon Branbergen hosted an Open Incubation workshop for the participants in the Sustainability Programma @ Startup in Residence Amsterdam. Through the Open Incubation framework the participants learned how venture governance will enable the venture team to align on roles, contributions & rewards, values and rules of engagement. This way ventures that are working on a sustainability purpose will be able to enlarge the team – en thus impact – significantly.
